Okay i want to start image editing...but i am poor and have no good programs, and i do not want or think i could use paint...Vampyr could help teach me some(if he would) sometime but anyone have any advice..?

Advice... well I'm a webdesigner and seldom do abstract art through Photoshop and 3dstudio max. But my advice would be to be patient. Never rush into things and look at all angles before deciding, rather then planning. Planning is for the corporate world. And in design, nothing is planned out and everything but be improvised.

go to www.torrentspy.com, search Photoshop CS or CS2 for the latest editions, then find the best one that suits you WITH a crack file.

then download ABC which is a torrent extracting program.

but i think i might get introuble for distributing information on how to download programs illegally.

Limewire still works. It worked for me. Sure, you might get a couple bad lemons, but it still works.

Uhmmm I have Photoshop 7 and it works beautifully... not much of a different with CS. I also have photoshop 7 uploaded onto my website, so if you need the link I can give it to you. How much safer can you get? Just Private Message me and I'll hook you up with the download my friend.

Once you obtain your program of choice, open an image up and just start trying everything out. The best way to learn is by experimenting. Once you have a general knowledge of everything, you can turn to outside sources such as people, books, tutorials, etc. for further knowledge.

its only illegal if you aim to gain profit from it or use it in a commercial sense. Adobe doesn't care if they have people using their product to design and to have fun with... gives them more publicity.

But if t hey are using it to sell designs and prints then obviously it's illegal and Adobe cares very much.
