Here's the original bet:
I bet that I could walk 1 mile on my hands. If I did it, Terese wouldn't get anything. If I lost, Terese would get 250 doubloons. I tried, walked about 1 step, then fell, and hit my head on the door down in the basement. So, Terese got 250 doubloons. She said that was really nice of me. I said "Nice, you want to see nice?" and I edited my post to say 5,000 instead of 250.

Really he payed marionette enough for a custom rank as long as she agreed that that rank would be "Shoota'z biotch"... at least that's what he told me (not)... I think maybe he just made it up after he decided to give her that much, and now he's having some trouble convincing her to to make it that...
I'd make bets that I didn't have a chance of winning too, but like I told marionette, I'm saving up to go to GT college to learn how to make these inciteful posts Xantar speaks of all the time... |
