probably one of bowsers little koopa kids...  and then bowser finds out that mario revealed the truth about one of his lil' koopa kid peoples and so he runs in and captures the princess |

Yeah, it would be a good way to point out that wario is an evil guy related to mario. With a little face lift, and shedding a few pounds, he could put on a new suit and be the guy that is an imposter of mario.

Either Chrono Trigger or Chrono Cross, if not then a Final Fantasy game of some description or just any RPG Squaresoft made.
Hmmm... you can get Blue Fire on TLOZ: OoT, you can catch it in a jar and melt red ice with it.

I think that this story line is pretty good. But I hope that cleaning the city isn't the only thing that Mario does. Hopefully all of those weird looking locals try to attack Mario, so Mario can kick some ass!
