The channel is a good source of educational stuff for kids and adults. Sometimes at night, they have the interesting shows about Space type stuff or whatnot that I'll catch once in awhile.

They had a really interesting reality show on a little while ago. I caught a couple of episodes. They took a bunch of people from around the world and sent them to a remote area to live like the colonists did.
