GIGANTOUR
Quote:
APRIL 5, 2005
Set to launch in late July, GIGANTOUR is a six-week festival trek co-headlined by MEGADETH and DREAM THEATER, who'll be accompanied by other mainstage acts Fear Factory, Dillinger Escape Plan and Nevermore. Artists for the second stage will be announced in the coming weeks.

A Megadeth tour... wooohoo! ... And what's that? DREAM THEATER! Huzzah.
Stoney C. Will you be there with me? Oh yeah, one more thing...

The tour is implementing the "fan friendly" ticket price of approximately $35 each.

Re: GIGANTOUR
Darn.....hopefully they stop by Chicago.
That's gonna be sweet....Dream Theater does so much cover work. I know they covered all of Master Of Puppets, I had a version of that leaked bootleg lying around somewhere, but the quality was super crappy. I know Dream Theater has covered a deep range of stuff, ranging from Deep Purple to Zeppelin, so hopefully they'll colaborate and do something cool on this tour.

Re: GIGANTOUR
If this will be the last time Megadeth puts on a tour... then I will definitely make an effort to go to the nearest one. It will be in July too, no school, that will make getting there and back much more convienent.

Re: GIGANTOUR
Or, if you're interested, you could go to the Chicago one with me.
