A song I have no idea about... Help?

Ok, there is this song I keep wanting to find, but I haven't heard it for a few months. I have very little info about it, but maybe you guys know it

-The song sounds hawaii or islandy in nature
-main or only instrament is a Ukulele played slow strumming
-I think it might be an adaptation of somewhere over the rainbow
-it is played on a few vacation commercials and a couple movies
-sounds like it is sung by a black guy

When we went to Hawaii the first time, we heard his music also and liked it a lot, we later found his name and then bought one of his CDs. It makes me want to go to Hawaii when I here him sing.
