Question Gaming Notebooks

Which brand of laptop do you think is the best? Alienware? Voodoo? WHO? And does RAID have some risks if your laptop has it? I've heard it can mess up your computer, but I don't know if it's true or not.

Based on my limited knowledge, I'd say Alienware or Dell. Do you have a price limit?

I don't think RAID can mess up your computer. It's usually only found on higher-end model computers for the purpose of handling heavy storage use like with video and audio editing.

Wait for Happydude, Jonbo, and Null.

It's been told over and over through the grapevine that Alienware is the best bet. My first impression would be Alienware for sure.

yeah, I'd go with alienware as well, although their laptops can be very expensive if you want them for gaming...if you have the cash then definetly go with Alienware.

voodoo is a kickass option too.
as for raid, depending on the configuration will either make your harddrives faster or more stable. you usually have the option when configuring your comp.
