Default Too good to be true?

I went to this website:

http://www.clearoutclub.com/

and they claim that after you get a membership with them for a yearly fee. You get acess to purchase item at super cheap prices. Now i gotta know. Do you guys think this is a scam. Because if not, i gotta figure out a way to get a membership then.

If you use your CC# on the site and it turns out to be a scam, you can get that money back and put out a warning to others if needed (and CC Company may take legal action or you can)

But it does sound too good to be true, IMO. Maybe do a little research on the BBB's website to see if they have any previous complaints that were filed about the website/company.

I'm careful about everything I do on the Internet. And now I'm spyware-free.

example of how they work:
Quote:
There is a preview area for non-members with great products and great prices. Since I needed a new printer the one time $19.95 fee was OK because the price they advertised for a new Hewlett Packard printer was only $37.00 After I paid the fee and joined, when I logged in as a member and went to the members area where I could buy it, all there was was a list of auction sites and tips for how to bid. There was also a list of website where you can go and search for products like pricescan. Their advertising is extreamly misleading and you get virtually nothing for your money other than a list of well know websites. Don't waste your money joining this club, use Google, its free!!!
