Alright now im getting pissed...ive been waiting patiently, but my account is still at 2MB...

Did I miss something? Why is my account still stuck at 2MB's? Maybe I should email hotmail...

Is your account close to maxing the storage? I'm thinking maybe they're giving it mainly to people who are always near full storage, like me. I have pages of emails I have never deleted, because they contain valuable information I may need at some point, so basically every day I'm just checking my hotmail for the sole purpose of cleaning it out to have space for important emails.

But now I'm always at 1% used storage. W00T

Maybe it's for accounts that have been open for a certain amount of time? I've been using this one E-mail account since I ever started doing stuff on the intranet yeaaaars ago....

Well I sent Hotmail an email on the matter and they responded a little later than they promised, but they certainly seem very nice and understanding on the matter. Here's what they had to say:

"Hello Jason,

We are still on the process of upgrading all free accounts to a larger storage capacity of 250MB. There are still a lot of free accounts that has yet to be upgraded. Hmm, that's good news, I guess I just have to be patient with it, though I do have that 2 GB worth of e-mail space with my two gmail accounts, so I don't know why I care too much...
