Re: How far back can you remember?
The furthest back I can remember is when I was around 3, I was on a train heading for Quebec... don't why I remember that though, all I did was sit there.

Re: How far back can you remember?
i can remember all the way back to when i was in preschool, for halloween one year, the teachers brought in a giant couldron put it on like a fake fire settings, they dressed up as witches, i cant remember what i was dressed as, i just remember i really had to go to the bathroom, but they wouldnt let me leave, but finally they let me go, and they also gave us little things to throw into the giant pot which had fake smoke (probably dry ice) that was really cool, and the performed a spell (abra cadabra we all said) and they gave us stuff to eat which was like juice and little debbie snack cakes.... i dont know why i can remember this, also remember something else, of when i was really little like 4, y mom would pull me and my sister in our little wagon over to our grandma's house and we would visit her, and she would feed us juice and cookies, (the sugar free ones) -blech.. and then i remember when i was in 1st grade, i got sick at school, my mom had nowhere else to take me, so she took me to my grandmas house, and she watched me, she asked me what i wanted to eat, i said peanut butter and jelly sand which, she asked how would you like it cut, i go the way mommy cuts them, (mom used to cut them into triangles)-- she came back with like 10 little bit sized squares, i fussed a little but she told me that if i ate em i didnt have to take a nap, in the end i ended up puking them up and sleeping on my own, so either way it was a no win situatuon
i dont know why i can remember these things, i can also remember way back to when i recieved my first tonka trunk fr christmas (when i was 4) and i used to sit in the garden in our backyard and would play for hours with my sister.

If it were possible to convert the amount of memory a human has into computer terms, would you say our memories are still greater than supercomputers?

It's another night in hell, Another child won't live to tell
Can you imagine what it's like to starve to death
And as we sit free and well, Another soldier has to yell
Tell my wife and children I love them in his last breath
C'mon now amen, amen, amen

Probably. There's like a growing supply of "links" that we continually grow on in our brains... they're being made every day.
When I first realized my existence I was still living back in Ontario, so I associate Ontario with my childhood now. I remember everything.. I was at least 2. I remember big events like getting my dog, and I remember small things like when I was just about to fall asleep, and I was listening to my playskool tapedeck. Falling out of the closet and breaking my leg.. trying to milk my dog like a cow (didn't work well :P,) and even every place I visited (Lawrence-Skuce Elementary, a high school, skating rink, my house, my friend's houses, everything.) It's pretty creepy. I just don't remember our first house in Ontario before our townhouse, where I met my best friend at the time.. when I came into conciousness, I had probably "known" her for a good few months.

Re: How far back can you remember?
I can remember a few select memories from as far back as age four, but I don't remember everything that happened from then to now. I find it hard to remember what day it is, or what I did all week, so this is really no surprise to me. My Aunt is able to remember everything that happened to her from about age 10 until now and she is nearly 30 years old.
