DSl will be worse than able if you aren't cclose to a Phoen Company, you have to be within at LEAST 3 Miles of a Phone Companies Office, and even then DSL gets worse than Cabler, aslo if your Phone Coimpany has more POrblems than your Cab;le Company, you're screwed, my Aunt isd an UIT Porfessional and has DSL and hates it, she just got cable in her house (To watch TV) after 14 years without it, and She might switch to Cable MOdems aif the DSL ones get any worse, test t you bandwidth, if it's to slow, see if ther Comp is the firts on the cbale "pipe" levaing the house, if it's ot and you can have the Cable Company Changed the Conection, do so. My Cousin Installs Canble MOdmes and he even said mine is wired slower than it should be, but my Signal is usually fine, if it gtes bad he told me to contatc the cable company, but It's not bad at all yet, as logn as I can get online in lessthan 3 seconds it's working, if it gets bad, Cabelvision is going to hear from me.
