Sorry man, I just find it highly unlikely that the aliens didn't go for you when they realized you were the guardian.

I don't know how to respond to that.
Other than maybe Angrist post was such a short time from when the voting ended that many missed it.
Did you see it before voting?
As for me, I know Angrist was genius enough to make me a marked man.
So I'm happy the idiot is gone.

Angrist did mention he posted in the last half hour so that the aliens couldn't infect him. Doesn't that mean they didn't know BAB was the guardian then either to be able to infect this round unless by chance? Might be alien next round, but unless I'm not understanding the mechanics of infecting he's still a human this round. Then again he does have that Mario Galaxy avatar and sig...could be an alien goomba in penguin form...
...no cheese those. The aliens smell of cheddar.

Re: The Thing Day 5
That is true, I suppose, but I have other reasons to believe that he may be infected. I'm very confident he -wasn't- infected two days ago, but after that it became very hazy. I was sitting here clicking 'refresh' during the final moments of the last day, and BaB originally voted for angrist and then edited his post to say Germy.
I'm considering the possibility that he knew the vigilante was going to kill Germy anyway, so he changed his vote to seem innocent.

Going to be perfectly honest with you.
I originally voted from Angrist yes.
Because I wanted him gone for revealing my information.
Because as you see makes me a marked man on both sides.
However, I changed it to Germy because also believed Germy was an alien.
And I knew that changing the vote would tie it up between Germy and Angrist.
And deep down inside hoped that mathematical chance would eliminate Angrist.
Yes, petty but I'm a simple man. What can I say.
Believe it or not but the truth.

Re: The Thing Day 5
Well last 30 mins.. time to make my heart felt speech
Ok now that we have less than 30 minutes, I dó have something to add.
I am the Seer. Every round I can inspect somebody, revealing his name, if he has powers and if he's been infected.
In the first round I inspected Bond, who had just been infected. We killed him off in the next round. That round I inspected BaB, who is the Guardian (sorry for revealing BaB, but I don't trust you anymore). The next round we killed off Professor S, and my suspicion was as good as yours.
That round I inspected Germanator. He is "assistant mechanic Palmer", has no special powers, but is infected. That's why I'm voting for him.
On the topic of BreakABone: we were allies for 2 rounds, he trusted me. This round, he has been acting weird and I seriously think he's been infected, although I have no proof.
The thing is: if I die, he gets my power. Or so he told me. He'll be able to protect ánd inspect people. Not the kind of thing you want on the alien side.
So there it is. If you kill me now, you'll have a much harder time winning the game. I have néver (in the end) voted for somebody that wasn't infected, I've always been right.
I ask your trust for one more round. Do so and you will see that Germanator is infected.
(Since it's in the last 30 minutes, the aliens hopefully can't chagne their target, so if I survive, I'll probably be still human in the next round.)
