Man, crono link, thats good info, i wish i knew that like a year ago, cause when my buddy's ps2 turned one, it also got DRE's and nothing worked, he paid 200$ for them to fix it. i was like holy sh*t! Otherwise, i havent had any problems with my systems (all 4 Nintendo systems and xbox.)

I called them up and they said they would send the information to my email but it still has not come. Did it take anyone who had done this awhile to recieve the email.

Yes, the email will take 24-48 hours until you recieve it.

Also, did they say they will waive the fees?

Yeah they said they are gonna wave the fees, I just have to write down the number and put fee waved on the thing.

Ok, check your emal in 24-48 hours or maybe even less. I got my email after 15 hours, but Sony says the average time they send emails is around 24-48 hours, so good luck.

I got my e-mail in like 20 mins... I think I caught them on a really slow day or something.
