(like my sister did once with my friend-she hooked our weird friend up with a weird guy and for like 4 months problems were solved, i was free of being bugged and annoyed) but these are just some suggestions i am offering, also you may not want to consider dating this girl if she acts weird and is always with her friend, (believe me us girls' motto is- crush's come and go- friendship lasts forever.)
