After looking back, I think I had the most fun playing my Nintendo 64.
Just because of all the awesome games: Mario 64, Banjo Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Ocarina of Time, etc.

Re: Best System
It's a hard choice for me because all the past systems have their great classics. But I think I'm going with the N64. Ocarina of Time, Perfect Dark, Goldeneye, Mario 64, Rush 2, Rush 2049, etc....etc..... But the SNES and NES have so many great games too. Genesis is one system that I have played sometimes, but not nearly as much as the other systems.

Re: Re: Best System
For me it's a tie between SNES and PS1. Both had tons of great games, and a lot of wonderful RPGs.

NES or SNES, and unless something dramatically changes in the world of gaming, they will always remain on top for me.

D'oh, I was thinking of only the pioneering systems. Hmmm, Perhaps the Playstation... or even the PS2 considering it plays Playstation games.

NES was king, but SNES was king with killer competion. I think it really rose the level of Nintendo's awareness, and they started making much better games. Of course, this came at the cost of their sanity, letting Sony go. But, whatever. SNES were their golden years.

Re: Re: Best System
I am very torn between the two systems I really spend most of my time on. I prefer the Super NES for one major reason--the RPGs. This system got me interested in gaming and in RPG's in particular and it's been a very nice experience so far . For that, I have to give it the nod over my other favorite system, PS1 (also known for good RPGs. Go figure).
