In this order:
1) Go sky diving.
2) Wrestle one pro wrestling match, and count the lights.
3) Go out with my buds and get loaded (hey, no hangover the next day) and actually talk to good looking women instead of just looking at them.
4) After being rejected multiple times I would get several high priced hookers.
5) After nearly banging them and myself into unconsciousness I would do a fistful of heroin about an hour before I died.
EDIT: Whops almost forgot. With ten minutes left I'd eat the money end of a double barrelled shot-gun and do the honors. I always thought of myself as a Hemingway type, might as well go out like him.
