I'm having the same problem myself, I've gone to a bunch of communities and even went to Lucas Arts support, but no answer yet. If anyone has any ideas other than starting over-which I've tried 12 times-it would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely the character you used to free the others from the cells was "stealthed" when they were freed. (I know I had used Mission)
I had to go back to my last save before freeing them and make sure I was not "stealthed" when I approached the computer console.
I think what is happening is that the XBOX hangs when there is supposed to be dialogue from someone, but they are invisible.
