Although I'm sure Borgs with the Force would be a nice spectacle, it wouldn't happen even if there was somehow a rift in dimensions that allowed a SSD and Borg Cube to interlock in battle and the Borg somehow did assimilate Vader to gain his knowledge of the Force.
Whether or not you know of the Force has no bearing on whether you can use it or not. The Borg don't come from the Star Wars universe so you can't apply Star Wars mentality to their, the Star Trek,universe. So even if the Borg did have knowledge of this mystical power from another universe, they couldn't use it.
