 That's cause Apple's customer support is amazing.  Dell is rated high too, worst customer support I've ever dealt with, problem never fixed, refuses to replace product.  I will never give them another cent.
 
I called Xbox support a couple days ago, and after listening to music for a while I got this hot chick on the line, and she asked for my number :eek:  Went to cancel my PSO account and she said "Oh, sorry, I do MSN.  Please call back later when our Xbox support guy comes in."  WTF?  I called the Xbox line, not MSN.  I should never get these people! 		I talked to a Square Soft rep a long time ago when I had this ****ty website. He was going to check out the site and see if he would publish or something (I think he was just humoring me) and I talked to him for a while through emails. 		When my XBox stopped reading discs, Microsoft took, fixed it, and sent it back all in a few days for free.

		If you cancel online, it should automatically cancel the account within a week. I cancelled mine online and I never got a charge in the mail.

 On Xbox, it's not handled by Sega, it's all done by Microsoft.  So no signing in to the website and canceling.  You need to call their customer service and cancel it.  You can subscribe from the game, but you can't unsubscribe.  It's stupid.
