Actually you can have SD (pc133) and DDR ram together. there is some motherboards that will do it. But only for the AMD processors. dunno why.
Also you cant have the ram in backwards. theres a notch that stops them if they are pointing the wrong way. (unless its REALLY old ram)
unless you knocked something else out or made another plug loose. then all i can say is make sure they're in all the way.
