actually. fedorov usually played left wing. he usually had someone else center him. but eh. whatever. IMO, you find someone who has a love for the game with a better work ethic for that spot. and i feel it will be better for detroit and the fans.

after years of watching fed in detroit, you get to know him much of the time as just being there. doing average. (average for him. good for average players) he doesnt look like he puts the effort he should or could much of the time. which is why as i said anaheim will prolly be good for him. he'll get the spotlight that he wants there.

as for detroit fans. not many i've talked to are sad to see him tho. Most are more excited about who we 'could' get instead.
