So for every five Xboxers, 1.5 owns Halo? (Source, EGM, "10 million Xboxes", and my Math skillz)
Piracy must be bigger than previously thought..

Re: Halo hits the big 3
EGM actually stated 13 million Xboxes have been sold worldwide.
I'm not sure if you were trying to be sarcastic or just had the wrong number. Oh well.

You wanna be picky, wise guy? You could also round and say there's 2 for every 5.
three wasn't an even number to split in the first place. You wanna throw 13 in now?

Re: Halo hits the big 3
Wasn't there a time when 75% of Xbox owners had Halo? I guess congratulations of 3 million sales, but it looks like Halo has lost some steam.

lol, at a time 100% of Xbox owners may have owned Halo... that's how it goes with a launch title
for how low it's platform's sales are, Halo is doing good imo, but the announcement of Halo 2 may kill it. They need to lower the damn price.

yeah! Now THAT is what you call milking! It's almost ridiculous how high it's stayed... they probably would've sold more if it dropped.

It still sells at that price.
How many games have ever sold 3 million copies at 49.99. I'm guessing not many. Most games sell 1 million or a million 5 at 50$ then drop to 20 and sell a whole lot more. Halo's done it all at 50$ that's damn impressive.
When it fails to move like it once did, it will go platinium.
