Anyone can join the usergroups.

If someone joins but never posts then we can just boot them.

Well, I hadn't been spending much time at this forum earlier, and I didn't realize how easy it was to join, because it seemed to take a while to get into the music forum, but that was only because Bond hadn't made it yet. Anyway, school has also been keeping me from coming here, so I just forgot about the User Forums.
