Look at the screens posted. they are beautiful. But how are they in game? Halo is an FPS, none of thoes are in First person mode, How are they in game?

They aren't in-game screenshots. They are in-game graphics.

If you would like to see a sample of some Halo 2 in-game action, you can watch the 8 minute demo.

Well thats what im sayin whoever it was that posted it above. I'd like to see the pics that show what you see what your actually playin.


and i'd like to see the vid. but im going to wait till i can see it in a decent vid format and not have to download that damn media player.

I get what your saying. They are cut scenes. So they can concentrate more on the closeup images etc (players details).

Just like FFX cutscenes.

Yes, they are cut scenes, and as in the original the cut scenes are made using in game graphics. Seriously, just look at the 8 minute vid and your jaw will drop to the floor.

I guess I'm the only one here that doesn't think Halo 2 graphics are that great.

Thats not why I liked Halo in the first place. It's ALL about gameplay for FPS

Well the graphics in Halo were excellent, and the graphics in Halo 2 are much better, so I'd have to day that Halo 2 has great graphics.

I actually think Halo's biggest achievement was in sound. The perfect sound effects with dramatic music chiming in at precisely the right moments. Whe your adrenaline starts pumping because you hear a certain kind of music in a game, thats an exellent job.
