yes he is. im not saying he never did. im not sure about that.
i think more then anything the Wings kept offering him more money to stay each year. rather then him requesting it.
and like i said he offered to cut his pay to make his team better.
Federov, he's been offered money already. and turned it down cuz he wants more. and he's held out half a season before because he wants more money. he complains about it. and so on.
