I can't find the "metal boots", or whatever metal I need to not get blown away by the wind. I'm at the island the fish have told me to go. The Mother and Child Island, but I can't get into the BIG mountain/hill thing. So, how do I get to it/get the metal thing. And, if I need something to control the cyclone next to me, where do I go to get the thing needed to control it (or what thing is needed to control it)?

Metal boots are in an island that is frozen with a dragon's head.
To control the cyclone get sucked into one and shoot at the pink guy at the top with your arrow. Three shots will do it.
And I've looked in all the fairy islands to increase my magic...
