Guess who I met today?
"King" Paul Dillet is his name. Today, he was at the gym that I go to, signing autographs and giving tips. He was also promoting creatine... Yep.
This guy is huge! Hands down, the biggest guy I have ever seen in person. WOW. I am still impressed by him, lol.

Are you basing that on the two pics in this thread? Or have you seen other pictures, too? Because on the picture that I got autographed, his lats, chest, and abs are spectacular. The two poses seen here show his quads, arms and shoulders, not lats abs and chest.
But trust me, the three things you think are his negatives are actually his positives.

i think the first one is a full body pose joe. ive got somethin to say to all of you guys who crack jokes and **** about those huge guys. those guys have worked amazingly hard for most of their lives to be what they are. they look that what cause thats what they do. do you guys realize the dedication and intensity that they must use every single day?not just during training. im talking about diet and most everything else,too.
i dont think you guys really appreciate the fact at how hard they work.go look up what they do in a day sometime...its pretty amazing. i dont think ive seen more hard work or dedication ANYWHERE.joe i was kinda messing with u when i said what i did hehe he does have a great body (for his sport...) but im wondering why ive never heard of him before.
granted i dont follow body building competition too muc ( or at all ) but i know a few names (not just arnold lol) |
