I dont know what you meen by 'proof' but over here in the UK all drinks have an alcohol percentage on the bottle. The strongest I have ever drunk was when I went to Ibiza, I bought a bottle of Absinthe, it was 70% alcohol, thats bloody strong. your average pint of beer is only 5%.
