Grandson is as many days (96 * 30 = 2880) as the son's weeks (2880 / 52 = 55.3)
Son (55) + Grandson (2) + Grandpa (96) = 153

101 gives you 3030 days. 3030/52 puts the son at 58.2 years.
58 + 2 + 100 = 160.
