Euhm they both don't take much effort, but I prefer moving around a bit to make myself comfy.
Now that you mention it, I slept terrible last 2 nights. In the weekends I sleep at my parents place, where I don't have my boekweit pillow (dunno if it's an English word, it's those little soft shells of seeds or something). There I have a terrible flat pillow. I keep moving around and changing the position of the pillow the whole night.
