You basically need to go back and beat all 3 levels again, if I remember right. There's like a pillar or something you need to find in each of the levels, then go back and beat mines again, and you can go in.
As for the frying pan, check PSO World. But it's not powerful or anything, so don't worry too much. Thought you just had to complete one of the quests, but it's been a long ass time since I've got that.
