Hey, what better way to spur the small embers here that used to be giant, roaring flames? I think this would be a great addition to G-Trac. Anyone getting it or already play testing it? On a sidenote, the regular Sims will be coming to PS2 in January 2003.

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. I've been beta testing The Sims Online since last week. There have been many problems with bugs, but the latest patches addressed many of the issues. I think it would be great if GTrac had some presence in this game. I don't think enough people are interested in it to do this right away, but I'm betting the game will become popular after it launches in late November.

I've setup a "GameTavern" on the property I'm currently staying at. Right now it has pinball, a pool table and a small bar. Hopefully the arcade games will be added as objects soon so I can make those additions.

Thanks for setting up a GT area Neo, I'm not a beta tester for this game but I'm definatley going to get it when the final product comes out. How do you like it so far? Is it cool? Are a lot of people testing?

There are about 2000 people online at peak times. We started with only one city, Alphaville, but now there are 4 available. There are an extreme number of bugs which can make playing difficult, but it's been fun overall.

Im sorry guys, I know I have done basically nothing to help GameTrac, and I swear if I had a better computer(my 400mhz POS is basically useless when it comes to games anymore), I would be involved in everything I possibly could be...I feel really bad, because I really want to participate, but I know I cant due the the reason stated above...hopefully I will have a new computer by this summer(which will be top of the line, If I get it), then I will be able to play...but for now I cant do **** and it sucks.
