Some would argue RE1 looks better...
But of course that game used the pre-rendered backgrounds...
Really I guess the characters in Sh3 DO look better than the RE remake ones... and the lighting in SH on PS2 is always hella-good
And the game's not even out yet... I wonder what it will look like when it's finished and in motion
