What percentage of the vote did his party have when he was elected Prime Minister? I may be wrong, not living in a Parliamentary government, but you don't need a majority of the vote to be elected right? So I wouldn't be all that surprised if a lot of people didn't like him. Plus Parliamentary governemnts tend to have a lot of poarties with more extreme views. But in the end I guess they all even each other out.
I still love watching C-Span when the cover the British Parliament. British politicians are hilarious hoiw they tear each other apart. Or look at Japan, they have regular fist fights on the floor. Its so bad that one party put Hiroshi Hase, a professonal wrestler, in power because they wanted someone who could defend himself! LOL!!!
