I totally agree with you about the opinions part.
And did I not mention that the Xbox AND PS2 were capable of multi linking?
When a person has only one console, and their friends don't have the same console as them, then the only option is split screen, and I guess buying a multitap for the PS2 would be more expensive, while also being a pain in the butt
.
And yeah, the Xbox doesn't need a multitap, I was just stating the pros of the GC version in relation to the pros of the PS2/Xbox versions.
