Yep, I'm laughing right now.
The reason Bin Ladin started all this is because he didn't want Americans to help Saudis in the Gulf War! He was sent to Sudan by the Saudi Arabian goverment because he was planning to kill some Americans! Just because he's Saudi, they blame the goverment? AND 100 trillion dollars? For God's sake..
