Not for me, it's simple... A wrestler has to have a long history of being a good wrestler, he would also had to have fought in some type of big matches, and he would have to had earned the respect of the crowd (as a heel or a face).

And how is putting the title on some new blood that bad? We get totally new, fresh feuds and matches this way. I dunno about you guys, but it sure as hell beats having the Rock as eight million time champ or Triple H as champ again.

I'm not saying make Triple H or The Rock the champ again, I'm saying that if a new guy is going to get the belt by beating the best in the industry CLEAN it shouldn't be Brock... someone who deserves it is more like RVD or Beniot, not some guy who came half a year ago and has never really been in a big battle.
