My sources have informed me that Sykkie lives in Ottawa, which happens to be in Canada.
And if he doesn't live in Ottawa, his internet is connecting in Ottawa, which is completely not happening if he lives in California. His ISP, if he lived in California, would most likely have a server or several to connect to, also located in California.
