Wow, that looks good. It looks real, it's like they're walking in an actual city...
(Are they?)

I'd have to read up on it, but it looks like they're using the same technology as three dimensional tours, like Apple has of their headquarters. Then using real time, ultra-reallistic mech models and effects. I guess we'll find out later; for now...

I'm thinking 'no'. I mean, how COULD that be an in-game screen? It looks almost too good to be PRE-RENDERED even.

That would be crazy if that were an in-game screenshot. And they even have the little plants on the apartment balconies!!! This game is looking FANTASTIC.

Is this the game where you have to buy the controller that looks like something out of a Mech Warrior cockpit? $100+ is way too much for one game, even though it looks like the full cockpit thing will make it fun as hell...

Though that screen is gob smackingly real. I will stick my head out and say, that is not 'in game'.
I always thought that graphics that could 'truly' illustrate real life would only be achievable on consoles in the very distant futre... Say atleast 2 more wave of consoles (Or maybe even the next, though that may be pushing it.
IF that is in game, the only way that could be achieved would be through pre-rendered backgrounds. But since a game of this type would require a flexible camera system, I am 101% confident this game uses real time back grounds.
Hence, this, IMO, isn't an 'in game' screen shot.
I would be prepared to be proved wrong, because the more I focus on the image, the more it does look, well... I don't know, lets wait for Bond eh?

Kinda looks pre-rendered or FMV. When I see some more in-game things like health bars, things to that nature, I wont doubt...unless somebody does a cheap photoshop job.

Well... I do not think this is an in game shot. Although it could be. This could be done on the Xbox console, but here are some actual shots of Steel Battalion:
The picture taking quality here is pretty crappy, but if you visual a little better image, then you have Steel Battalion in game.

Nonetheless, the in-game shots still look great.
