Only one more week (If I'm thinking right, Japan is a day ahead of us) until Super Mario Sunshine comes out! Finally, after 6 years, we/they get a fresh, wholesome, new Mario game

Now that the game is so close to being out, what happens if the game sucks?
I mean I'll probably buy it the first day it's out, but what if the game is short like Luigi or the water pump becomes tedious?
