Find something that you love in life, and hold onto that. And don't let go. When I find myself in times of trouble (Mother Mary comes to me...heh, no jk) I always find myself clinging to the thing(s) that I absolutely love in life. You may find yourself not liking anything right now, but think of something you used to really like before 'the storm hit'. It sounds like poetry would be one of those things. Write some poetry on how you're feeling right now, and what you want to change. Or if you enjoy talking to a certain person, do that. When you can't help yourself, other people can.
Try to keep your head up through hard times. It's probably the hardest thing to do, but try your best. Things will get better. That's a guaruntee.
