Chrono Cross without a doubt.
Probably second is Seiken Densetsu 3.

Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 & 3. But I'm not sure if those even count.

The final boss fight with Ganondorf in Ocarina of Time features some "unforgettable" music.

Really, Pac-Man does. It's on my cell phone, and everyone remembers it from decades ago

I've always liked Castlevania music... bloody tears, vampire hunter, and all those other good songs... specifically SotN (Although the PSX version, which the soundtrack is based on, doesn't have a version of Bloody Tears that's like the best CV song), which has a soundtrack that is not only great in the game, but is also nice to listen to by itself... unlike like.... FF7... which I also owned the soundtrack too, but ended up trading away for something else because it was just boring to listen to just the soundtrack... yep...
So I'll say:
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night....
Yep...
