I have mixed feelings. I love the giant overworld, I could easily imagine the world of the NES Zelda looking like that in future games with better hardware. But I hope they don't get carried away too much with the weapons crafting that it stops feeling like a Zelda game. Zelda has always had a beginners sword, a sword that has some advantages over it and the Master Sword which makes every other one irrelevant. And I like it that way.

I want the game to be filled with simple mechanics that make for a robust gameplay filled with many posibilities. I hope there are many secrets in the outside world as in the dungeons. I don't want to get bored for a fraction of the game thinking that there is not much variety or the enemies feel just the same and with this scale, it is going to be challenging.

At least the game looks like it could already be sold to the public or at least in a very late time in its development. I hope they use all the time they force us to wait for it to polish it to a mirror shine.

i like the fact that link is able to use a variety of weapons. it adds depth to gameplay, imo.

i got the impression from watching some of the e3 footage that this world is very much alive and teeming with secrets all over. i can't wait to play the game and uncover what happened to hyrule.
