The little scene after the credits was nice, dealing with the legend of Shepard. The normandy landing on some random planet was confusing and way too ideal/unrealistic. Also why did Liara get off the normandy when she was with me and Garrus down on earth fighting the reapers? And losing the relays makes everything moot.
