Was thinking about what other US cities have an iconic feel to them and New Orleans popped in to mind.
Crime? Check
Distinct Style? Check
Variety in Cultures/Accents? Check
Opportunity for great radio stations? Check
Could be pre-Katrina or post-Katrina, either way, there would be a lot of room for a great storyline.
Also, Airboat missions would be sick.
