My Xbox is busted. I have no way of accessing the data to make the transfer. My biggest disappointment? My saves from Mass Effect 1 and 2 are lost and I'll have to start with a new character for 3. That REALLY bothers me. So many hours LOST.

Just buy a converter for the HD to convert it to USB. They sell them everywhere for like $20 or less.

That's assuming your old 20 GB HD has a normal connector, as I'm guessing it does.

Apparently the X360 HDs use SATA as I thought, which is the standard PC connector. This converts SATA to USB. Be warned: you may have to open up the hard drive enclosure, voiding your warranty.
