Now, I'm not up to snuff on my Street Fighter canon, but I'm pretty sure M. Bison is from an "unknown" location, and not Thailand.
If I cared, I'd sleuth it out. But I don't, so I won't.

But yep, the way I heard it its pretty much due to piracy, I never cared about Street fighter on PC though, but IF SSF is ever to come out on PC I would get it (just to play with a friend who has a 360 instead of a ps3)
