Wonder Woman Gets a New Costume

I don't mind the general idea of the design. It's not very distinctive, but it's definitely more practical. But if the idea is to make her cover up, then why is she still hanging out so much cleavage?

Edit: Not that there's anything wrong with it, but it looks like these days the trend is to give pants to superheroines. Almost every female character in the Marvel universe has dumped the swimsuit look, for example. Just an observation.
