On paper it is, I mean Activision is the biggest 3rd party publisher in the world, which means they will get financial backings similar to MS.

In reality, they will probably be given a 2 year time-table, and forced to shoot out the same game over and over again.

But they've done nothing but Halo for 10 years, so nothing new.
