Hm which one is that? It's not 'Innocense', right? Because I think that's only 5 years old or so.
I saw the 2 seasons and the 2 movies of GitS.

I thought Akira was incredibly boring.

I saw Happy-Go-Lucky, I hated it. It was supposed to be like Amélie, but it wasn't. She was annoying, the movie didn't have a story. Some jokes were funny though.

Also finally saw Moon and District 9. Moon was awesome. The whole next day I was still thinking about the story.

It's a slightly redone edition of the original movie. Some of the effects were redone with new CG, and some of the scenes were redone in CG entirely, as long as a full digital remaster with redone vocal and audio tracks from the original people. It was quite nice.

I can see where you're coming from with that but you have to admit that there was some pretty crazy animation for being a 20 year old movie. There was a lot of stuff that is very influential and wasn't done back then.

One of my co-workers was watching Moon when I was at work while he was on his lunch break. He said it was pretty fucked up, I'll have to check it out.
